LESCO Bill Calculator 2026

Work out your Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) bill from the units on your meter, using the current NEPRA residential tariff for protected and non-protected homes, with fixed charges per kW and sales tax.

How to use the calculator

  1. Enter the units used this month (current reading minus previous reading on your LESCO bill).
  2. Enter your sanctioned load in kW. It is printed on the bill.
  3. Choose protected, non-protected or lifeline. The bill shows which one you are.
  4. Add this month's fuel adjustment per unit if you know it.

Which areas LESCO covers

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) supplies homes and businesses in Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. If LESCO is printed at the top of your bill, this page is for you.

What LESCO customers should know

In Lahore the hot months, roughly May to September, push many homes past 200 units because of ACs and room coolers. One such month is enough to lose protected status for the next six months, so a family that is careful in winter can still be billed at non-protected rates in November and December. Winter is the best time to plan six straight months at 200 units or less.

Worked example

A non-protected home using 300 units with a 3 kW load pays 300 × Rs 33.10 = Rs 9,930 for energy, Rs 1,050 fixed charges and Rs 969 FC surcharge, then 18% sales tax, about Rs 14,100 before fuel and quarterly adjustments.

LESCO bill table: 50 to 1000 units (non-protected)

Estimates for a 2 kW sanctioned load with 18% sales tax and the Rs 3.23 per unit FC surcharge, before fuel and quarterly adjustments. A non-protected home pays every unit at the rate of the slab its total falls in.

What is on November 2026 bills

NEPRA approved a quarterly adjustment of Rs 0.5194 per unit for April to June 2026, billed from September to November 2026. NEPRA says it does not apply to lifeline or prepaid consumers. The monthly fuel adjustment is decided separately each month, so enter it in the calculator yourself.

How to check your LESCO bill online

  • Open the PITC bill site, bill.pitc.com.pk, and choose LESCO.
  • Enter the 14-digit reference number printed on your bill to see or print a duplicate bill.
  • For outages and meter complaints call 118 or visit your local LESCO sub-division office.

Ways to lower the bill

  • Keep usage at 200 units or less for six months in a row to get protected rates.
  • Watch the meter in the last week of the billing month so you stay under the next slab line.
  • If your sanctioned load is higher than you need, ask about reducing it, because the fixed charge is per kW.
  • Run inverter ACs at 26°C, use LED lights, and size solar with the solar system calculator.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LESCO per unit rate in 2026?

For non-protected homes it runs from Rs 22.44 per unit up to 100 units to Rs 47.20 above 700 units, before taxes and adjustments. Protected consumers pay Rs 10.54 for the first 100 units and Rs 13.01 for the next 100.

How much is a 200 unit LESCO bill?

With a 2 kW load, about Rs 3,824 for a protected home and about Rs 8,293 for a non-protected home, before fuel adjustment. At 201 units the non-protected bill rises to about Rs 9,443.

Are LESCO rates different from other companies?

No. Residential slab rates are one uniform government tariff across Pakistan. Bills differ because of fuel adjustments, quarterly adjustments, taxes and arrears.

How is the fixed charge worked out?

Since February 2026 the residential fixed charge is charged on each kW of your sanctioned load, from Rs 200 to Rs 675 per kW a month depending on the slab. Lifeline consumers do not pay it.

Will this match my real bill?

It is an estimate for planning. Real bills can also include fuel and quarterly adjustments, income tax for non-filers, TV fee, arrears or late payment surcharge.
