Frequently asked questions
Can I convert HEIC iPhone photos?
Only if your browser can open HEIC (Safari on Mac and iPhone can). On other browsers, share the photo as JPG from the Photos app first.
Why did my transparent PNG get a white background?
JPG cannot store transparency, so it is filled with the colour you choose. Use PNG or WebP to keep transparency.
Is there a limit?
No limit. Images are processed one at a time on your device.
Does it remove EXIF location data?
Yes. Re-drawn images do not keep camera or GPS metadata, which helps privacy.
