Merge PDF
Join two or more PDF files into a single document. Add your files, drag them into the right order with the arrows, and download one merged PDF. Everything runs inside your browser, so contracts, bank statements and ID scans stay private.
How to use the Merge PDF
- Choose two or more PDF files, or drop them on the box.
- Use the arrows to put them in the order you want.
- Remove any file you added by mistake.
- Press “Merge and download” to save merged.pdf.
Formula
Example
A freelancer merges a signed contract (3 pages), a W-9 form (1 page) and an invoice (2 pages) into one 6-page PDF to email to a client.
When merging PDFs helps
- Sending one tidy attachment instead of five
- Joining scanned pages that were saved as separate files
- Combining a cover letter, resume and certificates for a job application
- Putting monthly statements together for a loan or visa file
Tips for a clean result
Put a cover page or summary first. If the merged file is too large for email, run it through the PDF compressor. To pull out only some pages later, use Split PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on the number of files?
No fixed limit. Very large files (hundreds of MB) can be slow on older phones because all the work happens on your device.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. The files are read and merged in your browser and never leave your computer or phone.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Files that need a password to open cannot be merged. Remove the password in your PDF reader first.
Will the quality change?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable.
Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to Soft2Cloud or anyone else.
