Add up hours worked for the week without a spreadsheet. Enter start and end times for each day and the break length; the calculator handles overnight shifts, totals the week, splits regular and overtime hours and calculates gross pay. Print the time sheet for your records.

How to use the Time Card Calculator

  1. Enter start and end times for each day.
  2. Enter unpaid break minutes.
  3. Set your hourly rate and overtime rules.
  4. Print the time sheet if needed.

  • 30 min = 0.5 h
  • 45 min = 0.75 h
  • 20 min ≈ 0.33 h
