Etsy Fee Calculator

See exactly what Etsy keeps from each sale and what you take home. Enter your item price, shipping charge, materials cost and actual postage. The calculator adds the listing fee, transaction fee, payment processing fee and Offsite Ads fee when it applies.

How to use the Etsy Fee Calculator

  1. Enter the item price and shipping charged.
  2. Enter your materials and making cost.
  3. Enter what the shipping label really costs.
  4. Pick whether the sale came from an Offsite Ad.

Formula

Fees = $0.20 listing + 6.5% × (item + shipping) + 3% × total + $0.25 Profit = total - fees - cost - postage

Example

A $35 item with $5 shipping: fees of about $4.25, so after $9 materials and $4.50 postage you keep about $22.
